What we do
Engineering for the automation your business needs.
Our engineers work alongside your specialists to turn a business playbook into working automation. We also connect and improve the systems it depends on.
Build around your specialists' method
Start with how your team handles a situation: which evidence matters, how they compare options and what should happen next. The playbook may live in documents, existing systems or someone's head.
We help express that method as workflows and reusable functions. Your specialists can use their agents to build and refine the definitions, test them on real situations, and inspect the results. Engineers support the data access, runtime and production controls around that work.
Extend an existing system
A useful change does not always require a new platform. We can add workflows, automate handoffs, connect services, or build new features around the systems you already use.
We establish which behavior should stay the same, where the new capability belongs, and how it will be verified alongside the existing application.
Modernize without making everything a rewrite
Legacy systems contain business knowledge as well as technical constraints. We work with your documents, code, existing behavior, and experienced people to identify both.
Then we model the intended journeys and plan the transition. Where appropriate, we use incremental approaches such as the strangler pattern: introduce a replacement capability alongside the existing system and move responsibilities over in stages.
AI-assisted modeling and implementation help with the work. Engineers remain responsible for integration decisions, data migration planning, and the realities of changing a live system.
Strengthen the engineering underneath
We also work on the foundations intelligent automation needs: connected data, GraphQL and API architecture, reliable records of what happened, testing and delivery infrastructure.
These can be engagements in their own right or part of a wider build. We establish the permissions and approval points for the work, and how failures will be detected and handled.
Bring the business problem.
We will help define what a playbook could do and which changes it needs in the systems already there.
