Volkswagen needed cloud infrastructure for its Car-Net connected-car platform. Xolvio joined Volkswagen and another development partner to deliver that infrastructure against a demanding schedule.
We brought together stakeholders across engineering, security, infrastructure, product, and delivery.
The work included separating production from lower environments, enabling on-demand environments, and establishing deployment automation and testing. We also helped adjust application architecture where it affected deployment and testability.
The infrastructure was ready for the planned release, with a more repeatable delivery setup for Volkswagen and its partner.
Xolvio delivered the cloud and delivery infrastructure, not the entire Car-Net product.
The work required coordination across organizations during architecture design and implementation.
