We are looking for a UX Designer to join our fully remote team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with visual designers to produce user flows and assets for dev team
• Create intuitive and joyous user interfaces
• Develop and maintain a design system to provide consistent digital experience

Required:

• 2+ years of UX or related experience
• Deep understanding of User flows and wireframes
• Familiarity with Figma
• Photoshop experience
• User Personas knowledge and how to apply them to design
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to client practices
• Understands/able to write CSS
• An online digital portfolio
• Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone
• Solid internet connection & fluent English

Desirable

• Experience working on agile teams
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Able to identify risks and break down problems into smaller chunks
• Good understanding of agile software development and testing practices
