Office Administrator

Xolvio, a leading digital architecture firm, is looking for administrative assistant to help with company tasks. This will be a part time position, and will be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing: Manage the creation and processing of invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits, coordinating with providers and staff.
  • Assisting with Hiring: Support recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Dependability: Reliability in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • No Prior Experience Required: Openness to learn and adapt is crucial.
